JBS USA's Operations Management internship is a 12-week paid summer program at beef, pork, and lamb processing facilities nationwide. Interns work directly with plant managers on throughput, yield, and labor productivity initiatives while earning exposure to USDA regulatory compliance, worker safety programs, and lean manufacturing. Housing and relocation provided. Interns who complete the program are fast-tracked into JBS's Operations Management Trainee pipeline.
