Associates in Global Operations support release planning, metadata, royalties, supply chain, and analytics for WMG's global record labels. Responsibilities include preparing release tracking reports, supporting metadata and catalog projects, partnering with operations leaders on process improvements, and contributing to weekly reporting for senior management. Qualifications include at least 18 years of age by May 18, 2026; located within the United States for the duration of the program; access to housing and transportation within the designated city; self-starter attitude with genuine curiosity for the business; and the ability to commit to 20-29 hours per week.
