Production & Development Internships, Summer 2026 (In Person - NYC)

Paramount is hiring Production & Development Interns for Summer 2026 in New York, NY. The 10-week paid summer internship program supports Paramount's scripted and unscripted production and development teams working across CBS, Paramount+, Showtime, MTV, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon. Responsibilities include reading and evaluating submitted scripts and pitches, drafting coverage, supporting creative meetings, tracking competitive content across platforms, and assisting production teams with logistics. Qualifications include students who will be Seniors or Master's students in fall 2026; strong writing and story analysis skills; passion for television and streaming; availability to work on-site full-time 36-40 hours/week for 10 weeks starting in June; and U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship).
