The New York Yankees are looking for bright and motivated individuals to join their 2026 Summer Internship Program, designed to give current college students and 2026 college graduates interested in a career in sports the opportunity to gain invaluable experience working for one of the most iconic teams in the world. The program runs from June 1st, 2026 through July 24th, 2026, and this 8-week program will provide participants with practical, hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a professional sports franchise, as well as networking and mentorship opportunities. Potential departments for placement include: Baseball Operations, Business Strategy, Community Relations, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Partnership Activation and Sales, Publications, Social Media, Stadium Operations, Ticket Sales and Services, Ticket Operations, Tours, and Yankee Stadium Events. This is a paid program at $17.50/hour. School credit is not available and housing is not provided. Applicants should rate their top 3-4 departments of interest.
