Graduate - MBA Intern

The NBA is seeking Graduate MBA Interns for its 2026 Summer Internship Program in New York, NY. MBA Interns will be embedded within strategic business units such as Global Partnerships, Team Marketing & Business Operations, Basketball Strategy & Analytics, Direct-to-Consumer, League Operations, or Corporate Strategy and will contribute to high-impact projects over the 10-week summer program. Responsibilities include conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, preparing recommendations for senior leadership, supporting league-wide initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. Candidates must currently be enrolled in a full-time MBA program, with at least one year completed by the start of the internship. Interns will have the opportunity to attend NBA Draft, WNBA games, and NBA Cares events. The program is paid at a competitive MBA hourly rate.
