The Equal Justice Initiative is hiring Summer 2026 Legal Interns in Montgomery, Alabama to support capital and post-conviction litigation on behalf of condemned prisoners and other vulnerable clients. Interns conduct factual investigation, legal research, and draft motions and briefs. Paid 10-week internship with housing stipend. Open to law students after their 1L or 2L year.
