SEC Division of Enforcement Summer 2026 Honors Legal Intern

The Securities and Exchange Commission's Legal Honors Program hires 1L and 2L law students as paid summer legal interns in Washington, D.C. and regional offices (New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Boston, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Denver, Fort Worth, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Chicago). Interns are placed across the Divisions of Enforcement, Corporation Finance, Investment Management, and Trading and Markets, and the Offices of the General Counsel and Chief Counsels. Interns assist with investigations, draft memoranda, review filings, and support enforcement litigation. Paid at GS rates. Applications for Summer 2026 closed in September 2025.
