Weil Gotshal 2026 Summer Associate Program

Weil's 2026 Summer Associate Program takes place across the firm's U.S. offices including New York, Washington D.C., Dallas, Houston, Miami, Silicon Valley, and Boston. Summer associates are assigned to the firm's core practices — private equity, M&A, private funds, complex commercial litigation, and restructuring — with substantive deal and case exposure. The program includes formal training, practice rotations, pro bono opportunities, and mentorship. Pay is at market weekly rate. Applications for Summer 2026 closed in late 2025.
