Ropes & Gray's 2026 Summer Associate Program runs in Boston, New York, Washington D.C., San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Chicago, and Los Angeles. The program offers 2Ls (and 1Ls via diversity fellowships) a chance to work across private equity, asset management, life sciences, healthcare, and litigation. Summer associates are given substantive assignments, partner mentors, and comprehensive feedback. Market-rate weekly pay.
