10x Genomics 2026 Summer Intern - Applications Engineering

10x Genomics is hiring a Summer 2026 Applications Engineering intern at its Pleasanton, CA headquarters to support development of new single-cell and spatial biology applications. The 12-week internship runs June-August 2026. The intern will run next-generation sequencing experiments, optimize laboratory workflows for Chromium and Visium platforms, analyze single-cell RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics data, and contribute to product development projects. Candidates should be pursuing an MS or PhD in Molecular Biology, Genomics, or Bioengineering with hands-on NGS experience. Pay is $40-$55/hour.
