R Street Institute Summer 2026 Governance Policy Intern

R Street Institute is hiring a Summer 2026 intern on the Governance team to support research on election administration, cybersecurity policy, and institutional reform in Congress. Interns conduct background research, draft short commentary, coordinate with state policy partners, and help organize briefings and webinars. Paid at approximately $17.50/hour; hybrid in Washington, DC. Open to undergraduates, graduate students, and recent graduates with coursework in political science, public policy, law, or a related field.
