DOE Scholars Summer 2026 Internship, Office of Nuclear Energy

The DOE Scholars program is hiring Summer 2026 interns in the Office of Nuclear Energy. Scholars support policy analysts and program managers working on advanced reactor deployment, fuel cycle strategy, and nuclear innovation grants. Responsibilities include researching technology roadmaps, summarizing national lab reports, building stakeholder trackers, and supporting public engagement events. Paid stipend; hybrid in Washington, DC. U.S. citizenship required. Undergraduate juniors, seniors, and graduate students in engineering, physics, public policy, or environmental science are preferred.
