Optiver is looking for Quantitative Research Interns for our Summer 2026 program in Chicago. Quant Researchers at Optiver develop and improve the pricing, hedging, and trading models that power our market making. Interns work on real research problems alongside full-time researchers, applying statistics, machine learning, and optimization techniques to large datasets. The 10-week program includes a rigorous onboarding bootcamp, mentorship, and a final project presentation. We seek PhD candidates and exceptional Masters students in STEM fields with strong mathematical backgrounds.
