California Public Utilities Commission - Broadband Policy Student Assistant

The Communications and Broadband Policy Branch of the Public Advocates Office at the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is hiring a Student Assistant for a research internship running May through October 2026. The student will research and analyze issues impacting the broadband and telecommunications markets, produce memos on discrete policy topics under the supervision of Program Managers, and present findings to the Broadband Policy Branch at the end of the internship. Position is hybrid in Sacramento/San Francisco. Open to current California college students.
