2026 Summer Press Internship - Senator Gillibrand

The Office of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is hiring a paid Summer 2026 Press Intern in Washington, DC. The intern will support the communications team with press clippings, drafting press releases and statements, compiling daily news summaries, tracking local and national media coverage, and assisting with press events. The position begins in early May 2026. Strong candidates have excellent writing skills, an interest in politics and journalism, and experience in student publications or prior communications internships.
