CIA Undergraduate Internship Program

The CIA's Undergraduate Internship Program offers paid year-round internships for full-time undergraduates in majors relevant to intelligence work (international affairs, languages, engineering, computer science, economics, political science). Interns work either two 90-day summer tours or one semester and one summer in the Washington, DC area. Responsibilities vary by directorate and include analysis, engineering support, cyber operations, and administrative work. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with a 3.0+ GPA and pass medical, psychological, polygraph, and security clearance processes. Candidates should apply 6-12 months before desired start date.
