The SEC Scholars Program is the SEC's premier 10-week paid summer internship for undergraduate, graduate, and law students. Scholars work in divisions such as Corporation Finance, Trading and Markets, Investment Management, Enforcement, Economic and Risk Analysis, and the Office of General Counsel. Projects include reviewing corporate filings, market analysis, litigation research, and policy analysis. Positions available at SEC headquarters in Washington, DC and regional offices including NY, Chicago, LA, Atlanta, and others. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with at least a 2.5 GPA.
