Summer@Urban Research Intern, Justice Policy Center

Urban Institute's Summer@Urban is a paid 10-week internship placing undergraduate and graduate students in substantive research roles across the Institute's policy centers. The Justice Policy Center intern supports research on policing, pretrial justice, reentry, and criminal legal reform. Duties include coding qualitative data, literature synthesis, survey support, cleaning administrative datasets, and drafting briefs. Hybrid in Washington, DC. Interns participate in cohort programming including brown bag talks, career panels, and skills workshops.
