Citadel's Associate Program (Equities) Summer Internship places aspiring investment professionals on equities research teams where they perform fundamental company research, build financial models, and formulate investment theses under the guidance of portfolio managers and analysts. The program features classroom training on financial modeling and business analysis, team rotations on research projects, and a capstone team-based stock pitch.
