Barclays' Banking Analyst (Coverage/M&A) Summer Internship gives undergraduates exposure to the art and science behind executing a transaction, working on live deals and deal proposals as a member of one of Barclays' industry, product or geographic groups. Interns build financial models, perform valuation analyses, draft client materials, and participate in deal meetings alongside senior bankers.
