L.E.K. Summer Associates are top-performing undergraduates, typically juniors, who participate in a nine-week internship involving real casework as part of a L.E.K. case team. The role involves structured problem solving, primary and secondary research, interviews with industry experts, and direct client interaction. A complete application consists of a resume, cover letter stating geographic preference, and an unofficial college transcript. Candidates must complete an online assessment by the March 8, 2026 deadline. Summer Associates often receive full-time Associate offers.
