Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) 2026

Bain's Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) program is a 1.5-day in-person program held at Bain offices across the U.S. and Canada for college sophomores from underrepresented backgrounds. Participants receive training modeled after what Bain gives its full-time Associate Consultants, analyze a real client situation alongside a case team, and present their findings to Bain leadership. BEL is designed to give rising juniors early exposure to consulting and a strong pipeline into the Associate Consultant Internship.
