The Bain Associate Consultant Internship (ACI) is an immersive 10-week summer program offering broad exposure to management consulting. Interns begin with a week of intensive training to learn core consulting skills, then are staffed on a Bain case team doing real work interfacing with clients. Compensation includes a monthly base salary of $9,000 plus Bain's best-in-class benefits. No prior experience required; applicants from all majors and backgrounds are encouraged.
