BCG Advance Program 2026 (Juniors)

BCG Advance is an invite-only virtual conference for juniors / third-year undergraduates in the U.S. or Canada graduating between December 2026 and July 2027. The half-day program showcases how women can become leaders in consulting and in the global business community. Through engaging panels and skill-building sessions, attendees deepen their understanding of BCG's work and culture while developing practical tools to navigate the recruiting process. Participants are guaranteed an interview for a BCG summer internship position. Register by April 24, 2026; the virtual conference takes place via Zoom on May 21, 2026.
