BCG Associate Interns spend 10 weeks embedded on BCG case teams working on real client engagements across strategy, operations, digital transformation, and organizational change. The internship provides structured training, direct client exposure, and mentorship from BCG consultants and project leaders. Successful interns typically receive a full-time Associate offer to return after graduation.
