Summer Business Analyst Intern 2027

As a summer business analyst intern at McKinsey, you'll join a client service team for 8-10 weeks and contribute to real workstreams to help solve some of the toughest challenges clients face. You will work alongside consultants and partners on engagements spanning strategy, operations, digital, and organizational topics. Interns receive extensive training, mentorship, and exposure to client meetings, structured problem solving, and analysis. The program is the primary pathway to a full-time business analyst offer.
