Responsibilities

• The IT Data & Analytics intern will support Workday financials application. Gathering systems and application requirements, performing system configuration, incident resolution, testing, technical documentation, and end user training related to our strategic Workday application
• You will get to partner with finance and with various IT functions to gain process and application knowledge
• Be a part of team supporting a key business application
• Facilitate and participate in cross-functional meetings focused on furthering automation and continuous improvement
• Investigate and resolve HPS key stakeholder issues
• Participate in executing system/application changes from idea to implementation
• Create and maintain technical documentation associated with the software application life cycle
• Educate end users on system capabilities through various training and knowledge transfer approaches

Qualifications:

• 3.2 GPA minimum
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Evidence of technical aptitude (excellent Excel skills, Access or web page programming, etc.)
• College level classes related to accounting/systems process design and improvement
